Set in spectacular grounds with stunning views, the museum comprises a series of diverse & authentically furnished rooms which trace the American way of life from the early settlers through to the 1860s.

15 March - 2 November 12 - 5pm Closed Mondays except Bank Holidays & during August. Christmas opening: 22 November - 14 December 12 - 4pm Closed Mondays 5 mins from city by car. No 18 bus to University then 10 min walk.
